At HAVN Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original HAVN gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
